AXA Mon Épargne Entreprises
A question about an unclaimed life/retirement insurance contract, an inactive bank account, or an inactive employee savings plan account?
What is your situation?
You want to check if you are a beneficiary in case of survival of a life insurance or additional retirement savings plan contract taken out by yourself or by one of your employers with AXA France, or if you are a beneficiary of a life insurance or additional retirement savings plan contract taken out by a deceased relative with AXA France.
We invite you to submit a request for a search of an unclaimed contract by completing our form. The more precise and complete the information entered (contract number if you know it, insured's birth name, other first names of the insured), the more likely the search will succeed.
Here is the list of subsidiaries and companies acquired by AXA France where the contract could have been taken out: UAP, La Séquanaise, L’Union, L’Urbaine, Mutuelles Unies, La Paternelle, La Providence, La Prévoyance, Uni Europe, Axiva, Themavie, Argovie, Quantissima Vie, Alpha Assurances.
You want to know if you are a beneficiary of a life insurance contract, but you do not know the insurer.
We recommend that you contact the Association for the Management of Insurance Risk Information (AGIRA). This organization will arrange searches with insurers in France. If you are a beneficiary of a contract where the insured has died, you will be informed by the relevant insurer as soon as possible.
You have doubts about a solicitation received regarding an unclaimed contract.
We advise you to consult our information on our anti-fraud policy if you have been contacted about an unsettled life insurance or retirement savings plan contract with AXA France and you want to verify whether this solicitation actually comes from AXA France.
Are you wondering about the existence of an inactive bank account with AXA?
We invite you to consult the main information related to the Eckert Law.
What is an inactive employee savings plan account?
What is an inactive employee savings plan account?
According to the Eckert law in force since January 1, 2016, an employee savings plan account is considered inactive when the two conditions below are met:
-
No transaction on the account (subscription, redemption, reallocation) has been recorded for 5 years from the date on which the savings became available.
-
No action from the employee (login to the Personal Saver Area, phone contact…) has been observed since that same date.
-
In the event of death, accounts are considered inactive if there is no action from the beneficiaries or the notary during the year following the account holder’s death.
What to do if your AXA employee savings plan account meets the inactivity criteria?
Automatically reactivate your account by logging in from your secure personal saver area on axa.fr (Espace Client - AXA PRO) or from your app (AXA Epargne Salariale).
How to recover the funds transferred to the Caisse des Dépôts?
You have the possibility to recover your assets and deposits by conducting your searches on the dedicated Caisse des Dépôts website: www.ciclade.fr.
