Contract execution or precontractual measures

Enrollment, management, and regulatory organization related to the account keeper role in employee savings schemes.

The data is retained for up to 30 years.
Data related to telephone recordings is retained for 5 years.
Compliance with our legal and regulatory obligations
Anti-money laundering
Purpose
Anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing, including contract monitoring that may lead to suspicious activity reports or asset freezes under the Monetary and Financial Code.

Blocking
Purpose
Management and monitoring of conventional or judicial blocks on employee savings accounts managed by AXA Epargne Entreprise.

Assets and inactive employees
Purpose
Processing of assets, inactive employees, and pending payment methods.

When exercising your rights, you must provide proof of identity by any means. However, if reasonable doubts remain regarding your identity, AXA Epargne Entreprise may request additional information deemed necessary, including, where appropriate, a copy of an identity document.
If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you may file a complaint with the CNIL online or by post (3 Place de Fontenoy - TSA 80715 – 75334 Paris Cedex 07).
